Which Circulation Boosting Massager?
We’ve had a lot of letters and phone calls from customers confused by the wide array of circulation boosting products available on the market. To help clarify, we thought we would put together a guide introducing the Circulation devices available and clarifying the differences between them.
There are a number of circulation boosting massagers that are the same as Electroflex but have different names. These include:
✔ The Electrovita Circulation Massager is currently available from JML. You will soon be able to find this massager promoted as ‘Electro Vita’ in selected Boots stores across the UK.
✔ The Circulation Doctor S4 massager which is available from Clifford James and selected mobility supplies shops
Electro Flex is a Class IIa Medical Device
Electroflex, Electrovita and Circulation Doctor are all clinically tested Class II a Medical Devices. This certification lets you know that the products have been proven to work and passed the stringent standards of the health authorities.
There are some available products that DO NOT have this classification. These are often available at a low price and are often referred to as a reflexology massager. The non-medically proven reflexology massager looks similar to the Electroflex but has one tell-tale difference…

…the red panels on the footplates are only found on the reflexology massager and not on the medically classified ElectroFlex device. These reflexology massagers have not been proven to improve your circulation.
Electro Flex is clinically proven and safe for diabetics
Standard foot massagers such as the one below:
Have also not been proven to improve circulation. They vibrate to provide massage which can be relaxing and refreshing for tired feet and legs. The vibration function of these massagers makes them unsuitable for use by diabetics as it can have negative effects on the condition. Electroflex does not vibrate and has been classified as safe for diabetes sufferers to use.
Electro Flex is great value for money
The Circulation Booster V3 works in the same way as Electroflex and is also clinically proven. It is circular in shape and slightly smaller than the Electroflex.
Typical prices for this Circulation Booster unit are around £200, almost twice the price of the Electroflex.
There you have it! Hopefully this has cleared up the differences between the different Circulation Massagers on the market and explained what makes the Electroflex the one you should order today!
